That kit is pretty tight! It's smooth and clean. Perfect for the 240.

I would love the C-west kit too, but too bad the kit alone is worth more than my car. The C-west wide body kit retails at around $14,000. It's just too ridiculous.

i love it except the front bumper sticks out a little too much. and chrome rims? i guess we could be the race pimp.

i noticed that the front bumper sticks out a bit too far. am i the only one that notices it? also if you look at vis copy of the edge body kit, that front bumper sticks out as well. i'll shut up now. sorry! i pay attention to detail when it comes to body kits. imo, you can't go wrong with quality original kits like c-west, bomex, gp sports, etc... but geez the prices of those kits are crazy. i guess that's why i'll never be able to get a kit on my ride.

anyone know a website for vip?

12-14-2001, 10:47 AM
VIP isn't a company. It's a state of mind -- VIP means "very important person".

lol... VIP style as in the style. Same can be said for Drift style. Doesn't mean there is a manufacturer with that name, unless there is a shop called VIP style in Japan.

VIP is a style...like what TY said.

The kit maker is Insurance...i think.
and the series is GODFATHER.

The first guy with this kit and SR20 swap will definitely take home a lot of trophys.

Hopefully he's a do-it-yourself FA member!

And the first driveway he goes on, the bumper will go "crunch!"

ok...
well does anyone know the www for "godfather" or "insurance"?

and without the huge drop on that car, i dont think my driveway well be that much of a problem. that car is dropped like 4 or 5 inches

chris@speedalliance.com
12-14-2001, 01:49 PM
i would have to disagree with the drop being 4 or 5 inches.

It's a standard drop.

If you notice on VIP cars...their kits are HUGE. So I THINK the bumper is lower than usual and the sides/rear too!
