i'm about to get some Volk GT-N's w/ some BF goodrich scorchers, and some tokico ajustable shocks w/ tokico springs. does anyone think that it will be a good suspension/ tire combo? i've heard alot about tokico, and a lot about goodrich's, so. thanks everyone,

paul~

The wheels and suspension sound like good choices. I've heard bad things about scorchers though. There's deffidently better tires out there. The only thing the scorchers have going for them is the asthetics of the coloring, if that's the type of thing you're into.

Just a precaution, Tokico only makes springs for the S13(if you have an S14 http://www.freshalloy.com/). Go with the BFG G-Force T/A's, the Scorchers are a TuNeR(my new favorite word http://www.freshalloy.com/) tire, that are made to impress, not to grip.

which Tokico adjustables are you getting? if i were you (which i'm not)i would get the HT-S dampers. the Illuminas just don't seem to do it for me, a bit under-dampened. although if you're running them w/ Tokico springs then they might work well together.

yeah.. i thought about that after i posted it.. kumho is what i'm going to get. they are pretty sticky, and REALY cheap. i have an S13 btw, and the tokico illumina's ride WELL from what i've felt on my friends 240sx of the same year as mine.
