The big differences are that the S14 Silvia K's had a 220 PS SR20DET (Silvia Q's had an SR20DE, I believe) vs. the 240sx's 155hp KA24DE, and the Silvia is right-hand-drive. The Silvia K's also had larger, 4-piston brakes.

There are, I'm sure, lots of minor differences as well.

so they are pretty much the same body style. the only difference is the engine?
