If the center panel is changed also?

Sure, if you've got enough $$$.

They're a significantly different shape, and S14's are wider than S13's, so you'd be looking at a lot of custom bodywork.

hmm, It would require a lot of money and work, but anything's possible. I think the S13 (180sx tails look nice)and if u had a coupe, maybe R32 lights?. S14 would require a lot of modification but i dont think they look nearly as good as the 180sx or skyline tailights.

I'm looking for a bolt-in. There were some cool JDM S14 tail lights on ebay for a coupe. Coupe lights seen harder to find.

AFAIK, JDM S14 lights were the same as the US ones. Remember that there were two different S14 rear tail lights in the US -- the 95-96's have a smooth finish, but the 97-98's have horizontal "corrugations" in the lenses (but are otherwise the same).

If you're looking for a bolt-in, maybe you should try looking for S13 lights, not S14. That's like asking if a Corvette hood will fit a Monte Carlo. BTW, S14 taillights are the same everywhere in the world.
