the car has a lot of my old parts on it. it has a best so far of 11.13 @ 128mph.

specs
S13 SR20det
stock bottom end
tomei valve springs
HKS 264in/272ex step 2 cams
full race style manifold
Garrett GT30R turbo
power FC
tomei 740cc injectors
and all the other basic necessities, FMIC, 3" turbo back, etc.

dyno chart is here:

the tune is still pretty rough on it since i haven't had time to dive into it with us opening our new shop about a month ago. with a better tune and a better intake manifold i think it will definitely open the motor up a good bit. boost was about 22 psi for this dyno pull.

exactly what I was thinking. Its losing a ton on the top end. but you already know that.

nice car and nice ETs. Will definitely run 10s. WTF were they thinking weaving in and of traffic at 110+ mph though? sheez, kind of dangerous.

Yea get a manifold LOVES the top end.. waiting to get the numbers off of mine

i wasn't driving the car, so i don't know what is up with the weaving in and out of traffic.

the greddy intake manifold is next for him hopefully. i tried to sell him my old one, but he insisted on just keeping the stock one, until now when he sees how bad it's choking it off.

Man, i can't believe what others did with the same setup. I am starting to think the place where I dyno is faulty. Almost exact same setup but way different power. Weird. Great vid, times.

sorry to be kinda off topic, but how come enjukus drag car could never get into 10s? all of hybridynamics cars are running 10's, even with less power and not built for drag.

maybe just the driver http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/smile.gif

nice car, that redline is high.

sweet video. definitely moves out.

do you think that 11.1 at 128 is reminiscent of that 427 rwhp dyno or do you think more power was being made?

i really think there is a power level that becomes too much since the powerband is too peaky making you slower. I am gonna prove it someday when there are more 500+ hp cars that drag race.

thanks for all the compliments guys. once we get some more tuning on it and a different intake manifold we're hoping to see closer to 475 to the wheels. right now i think the timeslip is pretty accurate for the power it's making. hopefully once we get it running a little better we can see some mid 10's out of it.

those cams are hardly noticeable. the curve looks almost exactly like mine w/ stock cams. guess the intake mani is pretty much required with cams.

Because Ken was too busy making Enjuku Racing work, he never really had time to take it to the track.

The one time he did, he broke both of the axles.

The drag 240sx that enjuku put out never had the time to make it to the track, it COULD have, maybe with a derek greaser of a driver or something, but just didn't have the supporting cast to make it happen.

ive been thinking about putting slicks on the two drift cars and seeing if we can do side by side 10 second passes though ;-)

too bad we don't have a section for just videos. that was dope though. just love to hear that turbo spool up.

DO IT! Having a drift car that drag races...bitter sweet. However I would love to see what they can do. It might be a good advertiser to your setup for the drag racers too. Not everybody drift ya know;)

ive honestly been considering it.

who makes the best drag radial anyway, mickey thomsen ET STREET radial? What would be the best thing for me? I dont think an outright slick is exactly what I need...

or is it ?

I already have the right clutch, and i've pulled 1.6's before, who knows!!

street legal and practically slicks. i think they hook real good for what they are.

Thank you to the driver for making our streets safer. 100+mph on a 2-lane road. That's real nice.

i recommend the MT drag radial. With slicks you might snap a tranny. I have used bfg DR's and liked them. The new MT dr's though are awesome. That have used them on 8 second mustangs and such.

No video from the track? or timeslips? just curious. From the video looks about the same acceleration as my car. Interesting.

Hey, are you fitting those inside the stock fender dimensions? If so, what's the offset you have on your rims? I need to get a pair of MT 26x10.5-16's and need to know the offset to get them to fit on my 16x8 rim...

I'd be willing to throw some cash via paypal to get the offset on those damn rims.... http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
