I'm hitting 100% duty cycle on stock 370cc. injectors at aprox. 4800 to 5000 rpm @ 9.5psi.

Can anyone please tell me what could be driving the injectors to pump so much fuel at this level?

Mods on the car:
s14 sr stock
fmic (greddy)
dump pipe
bov.
z32tt maf and fuel pump
cat back ect....

I've check for possible malfunction on fpr,air leaks on i/c ect..
The car revs and idles fine; It does not brake up at high rpm.
I've only chage two settings on the pfc which are the "maf and boost control kit off"; other than that and all settings on the power fc have been left untouched.

This is a brand new power fc properly initialized on the car as per mfg spec.

thank you for your help. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/cool.gif

10 to 11 psi on a T28 turbo will max the stock injectors out. that is why, its pretty much normal. I dont know about it maxing out at low RPM though, i know i can only do 10.6 psi and my injectors are at 95% duty cycle.

its b/c you are maxing out the injectors. In that area, you hit your peak torque, which requires the most fuel. Get bigger injectors and turn the boost up http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Um, no. Peak torque may require the most fuel per combustion event, but hp requires more fuel per unit time.
