Short and sweet:
Been having battery problems for a week now.
Car died on the road,
Replaced alternator: it started but died on the third attempt,
Blue 100 Amp fuse blown in fuse box,
Battery put in trunk plus Pep Boys 100 amp fuse (not perfect fitting),
Upon start fuse blows again and I have ~12V acrross battery instead of 14V.

I connected the hot battery wire to the starter alongside with the 4 gauge
wire normally use for the front battery.(for the two 8 gauge wires going to the fuse box).
I plan to get a distribution block later to clean up the install.

Any ideas? I'm heading to the dealer to pick up a few 100amp fuses and try again meanwhile. Thanks in advance.

Well, not the anyone seems to care but I figured it out:
A short on the alternator kept blowing the 100Amp which controls the battery charging and most of the car's accessories.

Alternator should have blown the 75A, that's weird that the 100A went out.
