Well I went to the Dyno Friday and here are the #s for my stock redtop w/only a 3" exhaust.............

1st run-7psi-180.5 hp and 178.1 ft/lbs
This was my first run and my car was running extremely rich.

3rd run-10psi-203.5hp and 201.8 ft/lbs
Still running extremely rich. Did more tunning on the SAFC.

4th run-15psi dropping down to 10psi
218.8hp and 235.3ft/lbs
did a little more tweeking on the SAFC

5th run-15psi dropping down to 10psi
221.2hp and 232.6ft/lbs
And it was just getting out of the extreme richness.

Just thought I would share my #s with my fellow 240 guys. Post any 3s you might have or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think if you get the fuel mixture to a nice level, you'll be able to pull maybe 10-15hp more than that. Not sure what 3" exhaust qualifies as. I dyno'd mine @ 6psi and pulled 195hp & 186 lbs-ft torque. It's a redtop w/ 3" downpipe & cat-back exhaust. A link to my sheet is here: http://www.geocities.com/toadgee/specs.html

In my second run, the throttle cable became disconnected from the intake manifold, so disregard that run http://www.freshalloy.com/

I'd like to see your sheets if you can get them posted up somewhere. Later~

Your tq and hp curves dont cross at 5252rpm. Do you know the reason for that error?

It's not an error, it's because they're plotted on different vertical scales -- torque from 0-200 and hp from 0-225.

I have SRswap.com 3" downpipe, Random Tech high flow 3" cat, and Apexi N1.
