Relay just turns power on to the black/white wire feeding the CAS, MAF, and ECU, instead off having a direct ignition feed. Fuel pump is not related as long as the ECU is powering up.

so what causes the relay not to turn on? cuz i dont hear it.

ECU sends a signal on the red/black wire, it's a ground trigger. If that's not feeding out from the ECU then the output is burned up.

is your wiring correct off the F3 plug, I just got done with my first S13 SR20 into a S14 and that is one of the things that messed me up. If your fuel pump is not coming on make sure you used the correct wire off the F3 plug. there are two black with pink stripe wires coming of the F3 plug... make sure you got the correct one since that turns on the fuel pump. good luck!

True, the other one is the A/C triple pressure switch feed.

everything is correct, the car was running fine before.
