Nice vid, should the camera car always be faster than the two cars racing? http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/tongue.gif Not to burn your post but the music sucked. Again nice vid.

Why'd you even bother with the lie at the end about everything happening on closed roads?

sorry Fred, im Strongly agaist tools racing on public highway.

and NO, ive never had a car to do "plenty" of street racing with.

i do not believe in putting innocent lives indanger just to prove whos car is faster then whos.

very , very childish IMO.

so , it seems we disagree on something.

Street racing is for tools.

It is easier to 'win' on the street than at the track. It's funny seeing these 'tools' show up at an autocross or open-track event, completely embarrass themselves, and run right back to street racing, where they stand a chance 'racing' against their fellow amateurs.

A bunch of TOOLS showed up at local AutoX once. The http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/grouphug.gify decided to do some 'burn outs' and 'donuts' before runs to get their tires warmed up. LOL http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/party.gif

The instructors promptly told them to get out and don't come back. Everyone else laughed them off the track.

Besides being dangerous, silly and stupid, it's illegal to warm up tires prior to an AutoX. You can only try to retain heat from earlier runs by using wheel covers.

I can only imagine the he11 that would break loose if some yo-yos tried to scrub their tires prior to an AutoX at any SCCA meet in Chicago. In a way I'd almost like to see it - it would be time to get out the popcorn and laugh - at both sides.

P.S. I won't speak as to street racing - anyone who knows me is familiar with my stance on that issue.
