Received the AMS Turbo240 billet forged and shotpeened rods today. I ordered the first set and still didn't get a sticker...that'll cost me like 20hp!

Anyhow, here's a pic of the stock KA24DE rod next to the new rod.

I concur! Those are what I will buy when its time for a rebuild. So pretty. Too bad once they go in the motor you never see them again! Or so you hope anyway.......

You could have the machinist put some NASA rated, bionuclear safe, deepsea, supersonic clear lexan in the side of the block! DOOD, THAT WOULD BE SO ...well, it wouldn't be JDM, but it should be!
