Infiniti is moving up the introduction of this vehicle from the spring of 2008 to the summer of 2007. That will make 2007 quite a year. The all new coupe in the spring, the new SUV in the summer and the convertible in the fall.

HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!

Sweet, I'm very interested to see what they offer in the CX. That could be my next vehicle. :)

It is an absolute sure thing. Current intro schedule is the fall of 2007. No idea on cost.

Maybe I missed it, but when is the new G35 sedan going on sale?

No offense, but where did you get your info? Also, what other info do you have on the CX, engines? I thought they were going to change the name...

If i'm not mistakes, dealers have monthly meetings with infiniti corporate where they talk about this kind of stuff. At least I think that's what a dealer friend of mine told me.

As an Infiniti dealership we normally get our information from Infiniti. As far as the name goes CX was the original name that appeared in print. I think we can all agree that CX will not be final name but Infiniti has yet to officially name the vehicle.

Cool. Yeah, I figured they change the name with Mazda using CX for all of their crossover SUVs now.

Looks like FA jumped the gun on this one. Though the entry level SUV is probability, the CX name isn't.

They should name it the IX35. Very close to the IS350 which is not a bad car to be associated with!

i was testing a FX 45 up at a local dealr yesterday and they were calling it a CX internally at least.

interesting that the machine will be out there in months and still a blanket over top. that is pretty good supression imo.

I mentioned this in the other thread and I'll repeat it here...

It definitely won't be CX. A quick search of the U.S. Trademarks website shows Nissan abandoned the CX25 and CX35 names in October 2006, however Nissan owns the trademarks for AX25 and AX35 and Nissan also owns the trademark for EX35. A search for EX25 turned up nothing. So AX or EX take your pick.....
