Does anyone make 8.5:1 forged pistons, with which I can retain my stock rods.

Arias, Ross, JE, etc... all the big name import piston makers.

Who's the best?

I was lead to believe that you needed aftermarket rods to run the JE's, I assumed the Ross and Arais would require the same. BTW this is a 95 240 I'm talking about. Thanks in advance

Same with any of the other piston companies. All of them should have KA designs on file.

Can you buy overbore pistons for the KA from JE, like in .10, .02, or .03?

Ryan;
Both Arias and JE can make just about any diameter piston at any compression ratio you specify. You tell them the piston use (NA, turbo), compression ratio desired, amount of turbo boost (if any) and bore size you are running. Arias will take the info over the phone; JE sends you a form to fill out and return. Expect to pay about $500-600 for 4 pistons.
