Here are my Q's:
1)How do I attach it? Most people talk about bolting on the downpipe, but the exhaust housing of the turbo is only 1/2" thick. I'm thinking I have to weld something longer onto that, and then bolt my downpipe onto it.
And when you bolt up a downpipe, did you use a flange coupling, or overlapping tubes?
2)Will the downpipe remove the 1st cat on a s14? The one right behind the manifold, which I think is the real one. If it does, will that set off any OBD-II codes, or mess with my mixtures? I don't know where my 2nd O2 sensor is, but doesn't that just plug into the downpipe somewhere?
Thanks all!

you will have an bend from the turbo. then near the steering shaft, you will have a flange and then another pipe that goes to the end of the resonater. this is on most cars.

yes you will no longer have a cat. but you can still get on like catco and put it in.
