This is for the knowledged guys on the board. Can I put SR 550cc injectors on a KA? Would I have to tap the intake manifold and buy an SR fuel rail to upgrade to this?

I know that the KA is side feed and the SR also. Do any of you guys know whats the difference in top feed and side?

Thanks

Jeremy, the SR injectors will go right in. No mods to the fuel rail are needed.

Top feed, the fuel is suplied to the top of the injector from the fuel rail.

Side feed - well, fuel is delivered from the side.

What would be the advatage of one over the other, i am not sure.

Anybody?

Thanks Yury
What fuel setup are you running in your High boost app. Aren't you running over 10 pounds on stock internals?

Yea, i have a SR.
I run 22 lbs with pump gas with 550cc injectors and a high flow Walbro.

Very simple.

Thanks again
