It seems the Potenza RE92s that are OEM on the SE don't have a very good reputation. Anyone have any other suggestions? Anyone know Anything about the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S?

If you have the 17" rims, I'm telling 'ya, move to a 225/45R17. Yes, the tire is smaller in cir***ference .... that's cir*c*u*m*ference (hahahaha) .... but it's worth it in my honest opinion. Yes, your speedo will read faster than the speed you're actually traveling (look at that as a safety margin), but check out the Tire Rack. I did a simple search on 3-season tires and "performance" all-season tires ... 38 tires to choose from!!!! For the same price as the RE92, you can get a much much much better performing tire.

The tire choices for the 225/50 are just too limited IMHO, whereas there's a huge abundance of tires in the 225/45 range. DO IT!!! Haha
