I believe that they should clear wthout modification...

It depends. Not all of the S13 7-spokes are the same -- some offer more brake clearance than others.

My wheels clear the 26mm brakes no problem (I think they came off a 91)...but I know the 30mm calipers would be a problem.

Man...I really need to take some measurements the next time I get my wheels off and make a damn template. Soooo many people would buy it.

I have stock HICAS SE 93 wheels with Al 30mm brakes and have to run a 1/4" spacer. I had to also get new lug nuts because the stock design didn't allow for proper threading.

Well for the spacer I just went to Pep Boys because I didn't have time to wait for H&R's to be shipped and the lug nuts came from Autozone. I got lugs that were more "cone" shaped (more tapered) so that they would fit deeper into the wheels.

Confirm that he did indeed go out and buy a spacer from Pep Boys and Autozone? <Unsure what to confirm> 6mm spacer should clear the (4mm/2 caliper) 2mm + (4mm/2 Rotor) = 4mm. Everything seems to check out.
