Can some of the new Murano owners give us an idea of what their lease payments are like? Also, how much was the inception?

I'd just like to have an idea of what people are leasing these SUV's for. <font color="blue[/img] </font color>

What I am working on with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp (NMAC for short) is a 39 month/12,000 mile lease on a 2WD SL, .00231 money factor and 55% residual...

The swing can be dramatic for a few reasons. We are seeing a wide variety of deals for the price of the car up to above MSRP. Assuming you got a few dollars off MSRP you could figure around 450-550 without tax and about 1000-1500 in up front cost. The lower monthly would be for 48 mo. Usually, no matter who you lease from, the residual will be similiar, the money factor can change and have a dramatic impact on the lease. NMAC's MF is .00231 while some banks are giving .00157 which saves you around $25-30 per month. The downside is your need to take care of your car real well since banks want he car back better than new. The deals aren't stellar, but few lease are these days.

In this weekend's Miami Herald, Nissan is beginning to advertise 48 mo leases for the Murano SL at $387/mo (w $2900 inception).
Of course the it's for the base model, however, it's good to see monthly payments coming down. <font color="red[/img] </font color>
