ok ,, i got this from some one who claimed it was a gtir turbo .. but this is what i got . it is a z31 t3 , with the rear cut off and a t25 welded on the back .. dont know how will it but i think i am going to give it a try ... http://a9.cpimg.com/image/D9/EE/18093529-0204-02000180-.jpg http://a3.cpimg.com/image/F1/EF/18093553-dfce-02000180-.jpg http://a7.cpimg.com/image/E1/EE/18093537-8332-02000180-.jpg http://a5.cpimg.com/image/E9/EE/18093545-be7f-02000180-.jpg http://a8.cpimg.com/image/EC/EE/18093548-90f1-02000180-.jpg this is it next to a stock t25. the comp looks nice and big ... but i have no idea how its going to flow , or even if it will stay together , but i will keep you updated ...

Not that I've seen every Z31 T3 out there, but I've never seen a Z31 turbo with an outlet like that - They have all been a standard 'hose nipple' outlet like an aftermarket T3/T4...

Could that be a T3 off an R32 or something...?

R32 GT-R is T28, with a tiny 0.48 turbine A/R.

Looks like crap, but I say RUN IT! Once all the rust builds up on the exhaust housing, nobody will see a thing anyway... Hell, they probably won't see it once its installed. It might go fast.

Of course, if you can get your money back, I probably already would've done that.

i got it for free .. so i am going to run it .. fuc.. what if makes good power .. all i have to lose the time i put into intalling it. i am looking at flow charts , and talking to z31 people , and they all seem to think that the exhaust will choke out the comp before it can make any real good power.(300hp +). but fuc it 300 to the ground is all i really wnat , for now , lol. i am down ,,, i got a set of 50#'s and a z32 maf .. we will see how it goes ... i just wonder where it starts to blow hot air , and without a dyno or a wideband , i may never find out ...

that is a t25 from a z31 if it is indeed off a z31. all z31 t3 had a hose coupler on the outlet. t25 where 3 bolt flange. and you will need an ice water intercooler to see 300 hp to the groud with that thing. above 14psi, they are furnaces.

yup, yup. The Z31 T25 came with a t3 turbine inlet and a funky discharge bolt pattern. Looks like someone cut that part off and welded on a typical T25 turbine. spoolinaz is right.
