Hey I found this link to a turbine heat shield but im not sure if its worth it..

Or should i just get a metal plate to block off the heat to my brake cylinder..??

not really sure how effective it is, because it is relatively thin gauge, but i made my own out of sheet aluminum... my stock one was rusty and when i had everything off and the engine on a bench, i just cut and creased it out of one sheet... turned out pretty good, but i think i will remove it in favor of a heat retaining coating...

chris may uses this heat shield and so does boosteds14.
They both said they had to modify it a little to fit their setup but overall it adds a nice look and im sure it helps in some ways.
Are u wanting to use this heatshield really only for turbo heat dissipation needs or do you want to use cuz it looks cool?
If for performance, have u looked into ceramic coatings for the turbine housing also?(HPC, Jet-Hot, theres a few more too)
Hey Carluch, show us some pics of your heatshield covering your turbo. Im curious to see!
