View Full Version : '95 G20t....Fair price?

What would be a fair price for a factory serviced 1995 G20t with 82k miles? I checked Edmunds and KBB online and they both say dealer cost should be around $5500-$6000. I have a local dealer asking $7500 for one. They claim that is a good price and that the car was regularly serviced at their dealershiup with no problems at all.

Should I counter with a much lower, $5500 offer and bring the online printouts, or are they way off base?

Any help would be great.

actually it turns out it's a 1996 and it is in pristine condition. they wouldn't let my sister-in-law drive it because someone had already placed a deposit. but one year means about $1000 in the price. KBB is telling me a private party price of $6900 in "excellent" condition.

let's see if $6000 takes it out the door. especially since my father-in-law just spend nearly 40g's on the FX35!

That is a fair price. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/cool.gif
I paid $3,500 for my 95 auto G20t with 109k 18 months ago.
Mine was private party and my customer bought an I35 from me. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
I love my G20t. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/grin.gif
$7,000 a bit on the high side but from a dealer and fully serviced is good. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/confused.gif
If you can get it, enjoy it! You should enjoy your G20t like I am with mine. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

As an update, the G20t was sold when she got back, but they had a very nice 1997 I30t on the lot that she picked up for $10k. I think it has 50k miles on it and it looks very good.

Thanksfor all of your help!
