what year did infiniti change the body style of the g20s? The '95 looks ok but the new version looks a lot more sporty. What features does the G20t have that the G20 lack? Does the G20t have suspension upgrades?

I'm convinced that the "t"ouring packages were a scam, but they did make the cars look a little nicer. I'm a badge nut... http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Touring package alwas included stiffer suspension, and for a couple of years (not sure which) it also included a LSD. Not to mention the 'aero kit' which drastically increases the look of the 2nd generation.

On the G20 the T-package added sport seats, a rear spoiler, foglights, and a limited slip differential automatic or manual transmission.

That's a nice amount of equipment then!

The LSD alone makes the t a better buy if you can find one. Consider the cost of adding an LSD to any car and how few come with them. Also if you are considering making any engine/powertrain mods, the LSD (along with some nice rims and better rubber) will help you put the power down better. The 140 stock motor and stock tire size can easily spin the tires, especially with a manual trans. With the LSD it's much harder to spin the tires unless it's wet, and then it's real cool when you can spin both.

Oh, and get the stick, the car is MUCH more fun with a stick.

Mine was a 94t silver/black leather

Also, the tire size is different. The "t's" use a lower profile tire than a standard G20 from the factory. Suposedly there was no difference in the suspension between the 2 cars from 1999-2002. The difference in handling feel can be attributed to the better performing tires.

The "t" also includes the Bose CD sound system, leather, and moonroof, which were options on the standard G20.
