everytime i go do some mountain runs i get dizzy...i think it's the combination of those tight turns and the minor exhaust leak. what's a good headache pill? tylenol ain't strong enough anymore, neither is excedrin. Advil? Bayer? I don't wanna mix it up. Just need something to clear my head when driving. I get dizzy real easy too...should see my doc for that.

I take nothing. NOTHING for EVERYTHING. No painkillers, cold medicine, prescribed medicine. As a result...it is very rare that I get sick or have headaches. I caught the flu last years for 3 1/2 hours. I amazed my female friend taking care of me, her and her son had it for 1 week each. I did not take any meds and wrapped up in a blanket and sheets (the bed) and drank plenty of orange juice and WHALA.

Ohh yeah the point was headache pills. My medicine taking friends use Motrin IB.

Yeah, last time I took any type of painkiller was almost 2 years ago. Don't get headaches...just need to stay hydrated. Only medication I've taken in that time period was an antibiotic for a very bad blister infection in my foot...didn't feel like letting it go and having them amputate it. The doctors words when he saw it (3 days after the blister from winter hiking) was "Good god..." I think I made the right choice in going there http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/wink.gif

thanks for the suggestions. I don't think it has a lot to do with the leak, it's only when i do those touge runs, but i think it does contribute to the pain. my head is still throbbing from Sunday...I did a 2 hour touge and my head was aching all throughout, all i had was a bottle of water, no rest stop for MILES. but eh, i've lived through worse...right now it's not at the point where i need to take something to releive the pain. I RARELY take pills, but sometimes i just need em. but i'm gonna grab a bottle to keep in the glove box. still undecided...but thanks for the suggestions.

I will say M&M or Skittles...... http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/wink.gif

they are all temporary and its all in your head.(in a way).
if it is not painful enough to stop you from doing anything, I will just leave it. Its not good to depends on painkiller.
