After finishing up a couple of new Vortech installs and doing the fine tuning, here are the latest numbers...

The automatic with Borla exhaust registered 386.85HP and 314.73 max torque. View Printout (http://secure.grubbs.com/dyno_fuller.jpg)

The 6M with Borla exhaust registered 403.93HP and 323.76 max torque. View Printout (http://secure.grubbs.com/dyno_jones.jpg)

Both vehicles are equipped with a Vortech supercharger with 9 pound pulley.

404whp at the wheels!? That's damn close to 500hp at the crank. Hummmm. Looked at the charts and I see the numbers, 403.XX. But then I look at the graph, and it never reaches the 400 line. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Also, the torque looks like it peaks around 305. Nonetheless, those are some of the highest numbers I've ever seen. I must commend you on your pioneering work.

What are you charging for the Vortech 9lb setup on the 6MT coupe with/without Borla exhaust?

vortech always made one of the best superchargers. i drove my friends stillen sc g35 and it did not impress me at all. although, it sounded cool..haha.

vortechs sc owns because it has a front mount intercooler right?

Still waiting for an interpretation of those dynochart numbers. I don't understand where the higher numbers came from. The charts don't seem to support the quoted numbers. Are they adjusted numbers? And if so, adjusted for/from what to what?

the HP should've been about 396 uncorrected (std)

We have an answer to this question and I apologize for the delay. It turns out that there is a dyno software problem that manifest itself whenever you print both the performance graphs and the FI graphs.

If they only print the performance graphs then the correct hp and torque graphs print. The the numbers that are printed are the correct numbers.

Sorry for the confusion. Until they get this fixed we will have them print without the FI graph.
