The only difference in the picture and the M is the ground effects, which were probably bought, not thru Nissan, and put on the car. Sure you can get one that looks like that.

You are possibly looking at the "Aerodynamic Body Kit" which is offered by Infiniti...MSRP $1390 and includes:

1. Front Lower Facia
2. Rear Lower Facia
3. Side Sills
4. Rear Deck Spoiler

This is available now as a port installed option.

Correct me if I'm wrong Danny...or anyone, but that body kit is not made by Nissan. INGs or whatever its name is the designer of that kit. I've seen the Aero Dynamic Kit that's made my Nissan on the Fuga website and it look very subtle and generic compare to this one.

Nissan does not make any body kits. They are all vendoe supplied.
