Really thought that Infiniti would have a commercial for the M45 during the Super Bowl. I mean what better time to get info out to everyone that there is a new car coming out. Kinda like what Honda did. I think there were two or three different commercials for the Ridgeline, or whatever their new pickup truck is called.

Well, that 65 million probably only would have bought one commercial. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I hope they start soon because the cars are already on most dealer lots.

"She says the target audience of the M series is men in their 40s with annual household incomes of $150,000 to $175,000."
"Target buyers are married couples, with or without children at home, who are 40 or so years old and have annual household income of $175,000."
Two quotations about the target audience/market of the M. I'd think these people would be watching the Super Bowl.
OT, but this target is pretty similar to the Acura RL's, as would be expected. "Target is a 50-year-old married man with advanced college degree and $150,000 yearly household income."
Back on topic, from http://www.autoweek.com/news.cms?newsId=101712: "Thompson says Infiniti will begin running print ads for the M series in mid-February. TV spots will begin about March 1, she adds."

I was waiting for it too and thought I missed it. 65 mill to spend, what a missed oportunity.
Infiniti really has no clue sometimes. People watch the damn ads even more than the game sometimes. Caddy had tons of ads and even the ugly Ridgeline had 2.
Why would they miss this HUGE opportunity when the car is to be sold this month?
i agree. i haven't been watching too much TV lately since im back in school now, but i'm pretty disappointed at the lack of advertisement for the new M45 and even Nissan/Infiniti in general. what's their deal? they need to step up their advertising a bit IMO, and maybe that would help move a few more units.

They seem to be heavily advertising the new Frontier and G35. Plus, there are those SHIFT_ commercials with the Nissan SUVs and Nissan trucks. I can't recall Nissan (or Infiniti) ever advertising a vehicle before it was on sale except with the Armada and Titan where they were trying to break into an entirely new segment for them.

Infiniti doesn't have to spend $2.4 million per 30 seconds to advertise the M on the Super Bowl- Infiniti will sell every M it makes. The M45 kicks ass.

I loved these commercials when they were out, but they only ever played them for a few WEEKS!
