I have just finished installing a Gibson cat-back exhaust system on my '05 K/C LE and have published a review and detailed pics of the installation. Best I can tell from the Gibson site, this system should fit all 2005 Frontiers. Early impressions are good, but I'll wait until I can complete the dyno tests (scheduled for next week) before making any judgments. Sounds great, though! For a look at the page, check this out:

Sounds really good. I really eager to know how it affets the gas mileage and performance.

Dyno tests will be posted next week. Fuel economy test will take a while longer, as I like to get at least a couple of tanks through and I won't start until after the dyno work. Nothing like a few dyno pulls to wreck your mileage calculations. Stay tuned...

good to hear. I looked through your frontier stuff on your website, and checked out the dyno tests...pretty impressive...kinda curious as to how it compares to a titan. From what I've heard the titan is only making 250-260 to the rear wheels.

Do you have any more pics of the side exhaust outlet? The only one I found on your website was zoomed in real close.

Okay, I've added a side shot at the bottom of the page.

Thanks... it doesn't really look any different than the stock exhaust, which is good. Is the tip same size as stock?

The Gibson tip is a slip-on stainless tip that covers the 3" tailpipe. It is roughly the same size as the optional Nissan polished tip but larger that the bare-metal tip. It's definitely not one of those coffee-can types.
