Question on 02' Nissan Frontier 4x4 SC...??

I'm thinking about getting this truck 02' NIssan Frontier 4x4 SC.. It has 70xxx mileage, with everything I need on it. Super charged, towing package, head rails, four door, and long bed..

The only problem is that when test driving it on the freeway, I can kind of hear like a metal scratching or metal clinging unto something on the passenger side engine bay.. Sounds like it's coming from around the headers area...??

The metal clinging sound comes on when I kind of heavy trottle around 65 mph, or just floor it... Have any of you guys experiecnce this??

and do any one know what are the cons and pro for this vehicle. Sorry I did a search and found alot of only good things about this car... What are some of the main problems for these trucks??

oh yeah, forgot one more thing.
Do this model SC 4x4 only comes standard with automatic, or does it also comes with a 5 speed??.

While looking at these trucks I found auto for Super Charged model only... Was hoping it comes with 5 speed too..
