One can only hope it looks better. I didn't think they would drop the model entirely.

Jaguar customers expect dynamic elegance, not retro styling, said a German Jaguar dealer who asked to remain anonymous.
"The Maserati Quattroporte and even the Mercedes-Benz CLS are more appealing," the dealer said. "If these cars were wearing a Jaguar badge, we could have sold a lot more cars."
This man has a spot in FEMA waiting for him.

Riff, that comment didn't make sense. Your comment, not the dealer's. Care to elaborate? Surely, Jaggers like the new FordJag, and not British Leyland retro.

Tell that to Jag. All we have right now is designer talk.

Erm.... if Jaguars were Maseratis, then Maserati would be getting the money, not Jaguar. Saying that 'if only .... ' is pretty silly - it's like having Pontiac say, 'If only the G6 was a G35 we'd be selling more cars .... ' http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
Which is obvious, but doesn't mean squat really - sort of like FEMA. Obvious, but really doesn't mean much.

Wow, Riff agrees with me that Nissan's exhibit at SEMA is silly. Oh, you were talking about FEMA. Close enough.
They're both disasters, I hear.
My old man says that the G6 outsells the G35 because it's cheaper and performs just as well, especially with non-premo fuel. Then again, you'd think that Pontiac, with all its dealers and marketing budget, would be able to outsell Infiniti. (Do not assume this will always be the case eg. what Lutz has said about Buick and Pontiac's future!)
