So the new GT-R's design has been revealed at the recent Tokyo Auto Show. Questions still surround this new incarnation of Godzilla. Will it land here as an Infiniti or Nissan?
But to really get the neurons firing and heart rate pulsing, let’s talk shop. Will it be a V-6, V-8, and how about forced induction? How many liters will it have?
Secondly, how much horsepower will it have?
We’re gonna get a killer set of prizes set up to award two winners.
The grand prize goes to the first person who guesses the engine type, displacement, and forced induction as close to production.
Second prize will go to the first person who can guess the closest to the final peak horsepower AND torque - both with RPM using the new SAE net (J1349) methodology.
Third prize just added: What brand tires and tread pattern will be on the car?
We will announce the prize sets by next week.
FreshAlloy reserves the right: 1.) determine the award date and 2.) to randomly select a final winner in the event there is a tie or any dispute. This contest is open to all U.S. legal residents over 18 years of age and void in your area if your city, county, or state does not allow such contests.
And one last thing, edited messages after today (11-9-2005) will not qualify, so type your guess and stick to it. Your first guess will be the only chance you have.
