great review.... the Edmunds review has slightly HP #'s and I thought Nissan revised the CVT MPG rating.

very nice. I like that for an enthusiast site, you still take a fairly even handed look at the Versa versus the fit and Yaris.

Honda and toyota do have some pretty strong and fun youth oriented ads for thier cars. i'm hoping that Nissan does the same with the versa.

I agree. The Honda Fit commercials are more amusing than the Yaris ones.

Just test drove it tonight. CVT SL w/convenience package. Overall we like it better than the FIT. We plan on getting one soon!

Just test drove one. Impressed overall. Wife likes it better than the FIT, so we will probably end up getting one of these. Drove smoother than the FIT, a little engine noise when flooring it getting on the freeway, but not too bad, and as soon as it reaches speed, it's as quiet as ever. Takes bumps fairly well, better than the FIT. Handles good. Interior space is impressive. Visibility is excellent! We test drove the CVT SL with convenience package. The keyless entry feature is cool. The only reason we didn't get it tonight was it didn't have ABS option and we preferred a different color, the sapphire blue color. They looked and saw NO ABS optioned vehicles in the next several weeks either. So, they wanted me to put a special order in to get one. Probably will do that tomorrow after they call me with some additional info.
