I ordered a GT2871R turbo from them and it came assembled wrong from the supplier (compressor housing, brackets) after sending in some pictures, they got the matter all sorted out and sent me new brackets and a new HKS actuator that fits.

I am very impressed with their friendly service and amazed with how easily I can get in contact with them if I wanted. Oh and they ship ultra fast.

yeah i ordered a GT2871R turbo, 02 outlet and turbo manifold... got the manifold and turbo but no outlet pipe.... they said they shipped it in the same box as my manifold but no dice... looks like im out $120!

i got my gt35r off of them and it came the next day...Great customer service all around!

Did the box look tampered with? Seems like there is more to the story there, I don't see them just not shipping something when they said they shipped it!

your not out the 120 bux. i'm just waiting on more to come in! as soon as it's here i'm going to ship you another one. i swear it was in the box when it left. i'm thinking someone at UPS tampered with it! Don't worry though its on its way.
