I have a redtop short block for sale.

I pulled the motor apart and bought another one that is getting built up.

I am willing to sell just the block alone, with the con rods, pistons and crank...or each indiviually. The crank isn't in stellar shape and would need to be reground, but if somebody is looking for a block that they want to use for a build up, i have no use for it.

this bottom end made 430whp last year.

All prices are negotiable within reason.

150$ block by itself (no scrathes, no gashes, still see hash marks)
50$ pistons (compression was at 145 across the board)
100$ rods
50$ crank

250 for everything$

I also have a set of CP 88mm pistons for sale if anybody intersted.
300$ brand new!

Buyer would pay shipping

send me an email at fi1848@hotmail.com if interested in ANY parts.

thanks

i'm sure somebody is building a motor this season that would need another block.

Just make me an offer for any of the parts above. I will accept any reasonable offer.

I'm interested in the block ... what made you take the block apart???

i took the block apart because I was going to build it with the 88mm cp pistons I have, sleeves and such. But about the time I got the block apart, and ordered my new pistons, I came across a deal on a fully built SR with custom crank, rods pistons, sleeves.

So bascially the old block was not needed.

Are you interested in just the bare block?

Well thats no good, Im interested in the block but i think shipping would kill me. Are you selling and what all did you still for your rebuild parts?

if shipping wasnt going to be so expensive i would buy it.

does anybody know how much shipping would be? I shipped a tranny from Florida and it only cost like 60$ and this block is much lighter.

What are you guys interested in? The bare block? or would it be with the pistons/crank as well.

Like I said, all the stuff is apart, so shipping the bare block would not be that much.

did you spin any main bearings? are all the main journals in good shape?

nope...no bearings spun, just some minor scoring on the mains, probably done at initial startup from the motor sitting for a long time.
