When I go to build my own, with the SL model, selecting the CVT doesn't add anything to the price of the car. It is a no cost option?

yeah it's a 1000 dollar option. Nissan's minisite seems in a constant process of updating.

that being said, I love the new maxima commercial that shows the benefit of the CVT. When I used to sell the Murano, that's exactly what we'd tell customers. There's no shift shock so you can do your lipstick or even shave...with a razor.
