I am soooooooooo glad they are not building that ugly thing they had in mind. I hope they give it a better style and more pep than the Civic.
Whatever they choose to do will outsell everything on its class anyways but I rather see it with some style.

The Corolla outsells the Civic due to the bland-and-dependable reputation and lack of sporting pretensions.

It's funny that we worry about how a car look and design, but we will never buy it. Unless we have too to save on gas. I probably buy it use, but not new. Anything like a Civic, Corolla, Matrix, Sentra, Cobalt, Lancer, or anything in that class.

*** WHAT SELECTED COMPACT CARS SAY ABOUT THE DRIVER ***

"Corolla: I have no style and am Toyota's bish
Lancer: My wife makes me walk the dog and also I have to only buy fourth-rate cars she likes.
Saturn ION: My wife has more ballz than I do"

Wait, so I have to wait until 2008 for the redesigns? Disappointed.

The Corolla XR or w/e it is called isn't THAT bad. 6 speed, 0-60 in 7 seconds, 8000 redline. In a straight line probably gives the SE-R a run for its money. Other than that, not too special.
