From Autoweek:
High-end Hyundais?
Azera, Hyundai’s first $30,000-plus car, may not represent the top of the Korean automaker’s lineup for long. Published reports quote Hyundai product-development man John Krafcik saying the company will decide within six months whether to introduce a halo car.

Our sources suggest an even bigger plan is afoot to create a high-end Hyundai division similar to Lexus, Infiniti and Acura. We hear one option getting serious consideration calls for Hyundai to take a shortcut, buying the Jaguar marque from Ford. http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060717/FREE/60710022&SearchID=73251138630996

Ford should dump Jaguar asap. Focus on Lincoln.

Why would they want to do that? Just copy the exterior styling of Jaguars and save some $$$. They've been successful in making cheaparse copies of everything from Accord, Infiniti Q45, Bentleys to Ferraris.
