I see BMW lines, Volvo front, and a bit of a Saturn.

It is better than the current Accord, but not as good as the new Altima coupe.

Ummm, I am not feeling the kinda truckish front end. I think its the grills. Too square, compared to the otherwise flowing body.

Nice ass, but to me that front end screams new Audi TT

You sure thats the new Accord coupe and nto a freshening of the Scion TC?

I like it, which causes me to have a hard time believing that will be Honda's actual design. I think it is too bold on Honda's part for it to be the production design.

my thoughts exactly! But hey, I've always been a TC fan, so if that is an Accord Coupe, then go Honda!

The fact that there's side rear view mirrors and actual exterior door handles makes it very believable that this is near production. The only thing I might see that's not production is the exhaust.

Well, if that is the case, good for Honda. I haven't liked their cars for years because of their extremely conservative (moreso than Toyota, I think), very plain designs. I'll still be surprised if the production design is even 90% as we see it in the images.

Other than the Superb Good looking Side lines of the car,the Front end still need some treatment ,I can do with the back its kind of like Mitsu Galant Tail End ,the Exhaust give this car too much look at my @ss style which is not very good b/c is not the best part of it ,now I think I might still give some good competition to the Altima coupe ,now Im anxiously awaiting to see the specs on this thing!.

IMO this is one of the best looking cars Honda has ever made. Very European lookig coupe. Now I wanna see the interior.

A bit of TC, Audi and Altima Coupe on the back, previous mustang sides and TL front.

I say go for it Hunda!

yeah i got truck vibe from the front as well, expect the production version to almost identical pending public criticism which im sure they'll ignore anyway. The rear doesnt quite grab me like the altimas, but I love the wide stance the car puts-off, if the front was a little more sleek I think we'd have an amazing car here, I kinda like it more than the altima though just cause the bland front end of the altima kills it for me.

I think if you sloped the top hood/grile line a little more, opened up the bottom center grille as well, gave a little more definition to the rear and simplified the rear exhaust I would be hardpressed to find anything wrong with it. I hope to buy a brand new car next summer or later so this accord, altima, lancer are all in high contention.

Ugh, nothing like borrowing the ugly sticks from Munich and Ingolstadt.
I will have to wait for production midsize coupes from both Honda and Nissan before I come to any final conclusions.

Yeah, so who's the idiot who put the Honda badge on that BMW? Usually you see BMW emblems on Honduh Civics or on Strongbad's cigarette lighter.

galant back, mitsubishi lancer front(new)/scion and 3-series side profile. Even though they stole designs from those cars; it still looks pretty good. It's hard to believe its a Honda though. Doesn't look handaish.

It's under the license plate, like my grandma's 1979 Buick Electra.

I like it. But don't forget that it is a concept. Probably 80% of what we'll see in production but a concept nonetheless. One thing that will no doubt get severely reworked is the lower grill and front bumper. While there's not a single original line to it it has a nicely upscale presence. Glad to see yet another nice looking coupe while duds like the Toyota Solara go extinct.

But is this just a skin job? No pics of the interior yet and the windows are tinted out.

Yes, the car has similar design cues to a number of other cars out there - what car doesn't. I think it's an attractive looking coupe though. As much as I'd like to say that the G kind of brought out the reality that the coupe version of a sedan doesn't just have to be the sedan minus two doors, but the Solara was pretty much like that already.

Honda is definitely on board with that and it looks good.

I feel Tiburon, with overhangs from yesteryear.

Look at this picture. If you didn't know that it came from the Honda Accord coupe concept, it might as well be a new ridgline front end. Too truckish, along with long front overhang. I like the rear end, however.

I like it and think it bodes well for the production version. This is a good time for the coupe segment. A lot of really attractive options in all sorts of price, power and drivetrain configurations.

I juist don't see the truck in this car. I never seen a truck with such a low cowl and sloped nose. To me the grille resembles the generation of Accords after the ones that had the flip-up headlamps. If I remember correctly that was the 1st car I ever noticed with clear diamond-like headlamp lenses. 1990 or so was it?

Notice the grille and the shape of the headlamps in this 1990 Accord and the new Coupe concept, It's like the design is reversed:

I think it looks like a squared off evolution of the last Honda Accord, our Acura TSX, in coupe form.

... then I don't want them to bring back. Honeycomb grilles do not belong on Accords and certainly not on Preludes. Keep the fugly look at the Toyotathon.

I like it! I actually prefer the look of the this new coupe over the new G35c/skyline/BMW 3series/Altima. For sure, it is going to have better interior than the Altima coupe.

You can clearly see the design-jacking from Audi and BMW here, but I think a good portion of Hyundai can be seen here as well. Somebody else mentioned the Tiburon, but I think the front end (headlight area) resembles the Sonata quite a bit as well.

I think they tried to do too much with it. Somewhere in there is a great looking car dying to get out, but as is, it looks a bit too wierd from a few angles.

I wonder why it needs so many bulbs on the headlights? I can see that there are the low and high beam lights, the turning lights, but what about those little yellow ones?

The Mazda6 has this similar setup, low, high, fog, and turning lights on the same stack, but this car has the fog lights on the bumber so what is going on?

I like it though. It seems nice and sophisticated.

NSE70

The yellow park light and the yellow turn lights are split.

The 2005 Mazda6 actually has FIVE (5) lights, in order,
parking
high
fog
low
turn,
plus a side marker light below the cluster... so 6 lights. Crazy Mazda.

Mazda dropped the fog light to the bumper in 2006, but still SIX! lights!

This has to be THE funniest thing I have read/seen on a message board! And it was so relevant to the comment made. LMAO! OMG that was hilarious. That has to go in a message board Hall of Fame or something!

Ok, the IS-F. Ummm they tried a little too hard. It reminds me of little over dropped Civics running around. And the order of EXTRA tall hood is not pleasing.

I wouldn't mind seeing the TSX in coupe form....but then again I would mind if that car was RWD to begin with. That said...I don't like the Honda Accord Coupe Concept....I <3 the Altima coupe more than this.
