I know that many of you, like me, are using the McNeil's Floor-Liner for the Rogue. I have noticed after only 2 months of use a definite lack of integrity to the coloring of this plastic. I have the black, and although I do what the directions state, shake out regularly and scrub with mild soap, they are not holding color. I guess the salt really gets to them.
Anyways, after cleaning them up today and looking at them with disgust, I went for my trusty spray bottle of Meguiars Vinyl/Rubber Protectant. Sure, I know they said not to use Armor All or anything like it, but this product has been used successfully on other vinyl surfaces of the Rogue's exterior, with no side effects.
So I only did one mat so that I would have a comparison available after a while. The sprayed mat did clean up pretty nicely, and for good measure, I hosed it down afterward to remove any possible slickness. I'll keep you updated on how it wears.
How about you, any successes or other ideas?
