The Skyline Shop is proud to announce the Grand Opening of
TSS JAPAN
We have opened TSS Japan in Kanagawa-ken outside of Yokohama. We have a shop where we can inspect our cars as well as any mechanical services needed. We have hired Ishii-san, a long time employee of a small tuner company called Top`er to oversee our Japan operation.
He will take care of:
1) Locating quality cars that we know our customers deserve.
2) Being a liaison for our Japanese parts suppliers in order to offer our customers the quickest service possible.
3) Shipping parts by air and containers by sea.
4) Offering our customers the option of drop shipping directly to their door where time or convenience is priority.
5) Technical support for our shop in Canada as well as our customers.
Ishii-san has been locating and purchasing vehicles for TSS for over 3 years. He brings with him his knowledge of tuning as well as his long time relationships with other shops/mechanics while employed with Top`er for the last 14 years. Due to sudden physical complications with the owner of Top`er we were presented the opportunity to acquire Top`er; its location, assets, as well as take on Top`ers top employee – Mr. Ishii. We are pleased to bring him on board and would like to welcome him into The Skyline Shop family.
By doing this we believe that we are able to offer top quality service that you as a customer deserves. We are committed to giving honest and reliable service to all of our customers and hope that those of you that feel you have received less than satisfactory service will give us another chance to prove to you how we are striving to achieve your loyalty. We are now able to get parts directly out of japan in a very short amount of time, many times in less than a week,
We can also arrange drop shipping to anywhere in North America from japan , this will help with customs hold ups and parts dont need to go to Canada before they go to the US so this will save with duties as well.
