Hello from J-land

Hey guys,
Been a member here for a little over a year but have not posted and have not participated much so here is an intro thread.

I am from Southern California but moved to japan 3 and a half years ago. I did the english teacher thing briefly but it wasnt for me, however it is a great way to get started in Japan. I am now working for a couple shops selling parts and setting up tuning tours as well as some occasional mechanical work from time to time.

I am a Rotary guy at heart but have no qualms with other cars. I will see if I can dig up some pics of my car as well as some shop cars.

An AE86 I picked up for 200 running with a Hi comp engine. Was sitting in a shop just outside Tsukuba Circuit and had not been raced in about 2 years they said.

The JCCA show was amazing, as you can see it was probably the largest variety of cars at a show either in the world or at the very least in Japan.
