I finished my Ka-t and have worked out all the bugs. She runs so good now. Currently only running 6 psi on an sr t25 setup and I may turn it up to 8psi and leave it alone.

Just enjoy her at 6 psui for a while.

thats still plenty, get used to that and then decide if you wanna up the boost ( and the risk....)

Not sure on your ecu tune and or fuel system, but 8psi on a stock KA is a cake walk. I've seen 18psi pushing a JWT 555cc injector making 330rwhp - definitely had a larger turbo - but it was on a stock block bottom end no cams or nuthin.

a t25 should be happiest at 10-12psi but you can go higher, but you'd be pushing more heat.

are you intercooled?
