how much will an exhaust and intake do? 1 bar, stock motor!?

i just got my s14 sr running, and i took it out for a spin yesterday. i am running a turbo elbow, full 3" exhaust all the way back and an intake. no boost controller or piggy back. the waist gate runs into a nipple i put right after the turbo outlet on the hot pipe. ok, so on my test run, i boosted up to 1 bar. any ideas, i'll check the waist gate acthuater today to see if its aftermarket. sucks it boosts so high, even though i kinda like it :o

I just made 250whp/260lbs, on 12 lbs. My s14 sr is bone stock, 3in exhaust(3in stainless down pipe), front mount, and boost controller. I saw a friend make 275whp with my same set-up from 14psi(special freak case, 275 is abnormally high for a stock sr). I just put my car on the dyno last saturday.

stock t-28 can do 280-300RWHP but usually @ 18-20PSI getting hot. still, its capable.
