Looks much higher end than the USA website.

It makes sense since Infiniti with message in Europe.. I just wish they would use all the multimedia teasers for the US site. Infiniti Korea had lots of unique videos and a nice UI for their site when they first launched. We get all the technobabble and not as flashy (although Infiniti's USA site is still lightyears ahead of the competition in user intuitiveness). Can't win them all I guess.. My favorite clip on Infiniti EU was the FX.

anyone looked at HP rating on Infinitis sold in middle east
G Coupe with 3.7L V-6 350-hp
G Sedan with 3.7L V-6 350-hp
M Sedan with 3.5L V-6 327-hp
M Sedan with 4.5L V-8 362-hp
EX 314hp
FX is the same for US 307hp from 3.5L and 390hp from 5.0L
and QX gets 360hp from 5.6L V-8
but G seadan looks very impressive

You know it's "apples to oranges", don't you?
They like to list the so-called "gross" numbers, but if you browse through their Infiniti Middle East press releases, you will soon happen upon what they term "net" horse power numbers, which you will find much more familiar . . .

The European G37 sedan is much more appealing than the US variant. Refinements have been made to the headlights and taillights, making for a much more attractive package. I also noticed that there are side blinkers behind the wheel wells.
Is there any indication that these design differences are going to filter down to the US G37?

Not sure what you mean by "refinements have been made to the headlights and taillights" thus making "the European G37 sedan much more appealing than the US variant." I looked at the photos on the Infiniti UK, Infiniti Germany and other websites and couldn't see what you were referring to.
However, a couple of weeks ago Infiniti USA did announce that they are planning a mid-cycle refresh for the G sedan. Changes for 2010 include:
New grille design
New Base model front fascia with new headlight design and separated (from headlights) fog lights
New Sport model front fascia with integrated fog lights and “blacked out” sport headlights
New rear fascia
Revised interior colors
Revised aluminum interior trim
New white gauge color scheme
New center console design with revised lower center stack on automatic transmission equipped models
New available Advanced Climate Control System (ACCS) – automatically shuts outside air vents when exhaust fumes are detected, while its Grape Polyphenol Filter removes airborne allergens from the cabin and the Plasmacluster™ air purifier uses charged ions to help reduce or neutralize airborne germs
Standard 8-way power-adjustable passenger seat and one-touch auto up/down rear windows on Base model
New available next generation Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System with all-new features, including higher resolution graphics, Zagat Survey® restaurant reviews, XM Weather® reports (in addition to XM NavTraffic®), Speed Limited Advisories and fastest-route-calculation based on statistical traffic data (XM® subscription required, sold separately)
New available Spanish language support for navigation displays and Voice Recognition functions
New available USB input plays music from a compatible iPod®, flash drive or other compatible mass storage device
HomeLink® Universal Transceiver, Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System and automatic anti-glare rearview mirror added to the Journey model
Heated seats and heated outside mirrors added to the Journey model
RearView Monitor now standard on the Journey model
New Bluetooth® Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) included in Navigation Package – allow users to stream two-channel audio from a compatible device to the vehicle audio system
DVD-Video playback included in Navigation Package
2GB Music Box Flash Memory Music Server added to the Premium Package
New 17-inch wheel design and color
Two new exterior colors
How's that for added refinements . . .

Sorry, been out of the loop a little - how is Nissan organizing Infiniti operations in Eurasia? Is the Middle East group a subset of the European office?

I apologize for the confusion. If the link in the opening post is followed, and the G37 is selected, there are quite notable cosmetic differences between the US and European models. I thought at first that my eyes were deceiving me, but after comparing photos from both the US and overseas websites, the headlights and taillights can, in fact, be differentiated.
I've attached some photos for reference. The US model is first, and the European model follows.

I agree that they can be differentiated; however, it is probably due to the differences in local regulations, such as the requirement in certain European markets for an additional turn signal to be placed in the fender behind the front wheel-well, but not in the US. Hence, in the top picture (US) the blinker is integrated within the headlamp on the outer edge, while the European version had to be re-worked slightly to remove the orange from the headlamp's outer edge.
Still I am not sure why the European headlight in the lower photo would be considered more refined.
If anything, the US version's front fenders (check those out/compare to the Europeans) look cleaner and much nicer without that extra blinker. The same, by the way, is true not just for the G Sedan/Coupe/Cabrio, but also for the EX and the FX front fenders.
If I had to complain about the differences, I would mention the absence of the headlight washers in any of the models of the US Infinitis, which are again required in many European markets. Hence the different front bumpers in Europe, whereby even the entry-level Gs are sporting some nicely integrated headlamp washers as standard equipment . . .

The blinker is the only difference. But we are comparing pics of the actual car and a computer generated pic. Thats why theres a difference.

No one else sees the differences in the taillights?

The reason the taillights look like that is because the pic on the Europe website you posted are a computer generated pic of the G, where as the pic from the USA site is a picture of a real car. So pretty much its the same taillight, but the coloring is off in the Europe computerized picture.

I know for a fact that there is no white lighting integrated into the outer-most portion of the current G tailights, like what is shown in the images above, computer-generated or not. The European model has a circular white light inside all the red lights. Something that distinguished is not a side-effect of it being an artificial image.

Forgive me, but now you are just being ridiculous.
The first image below is the photo of the G37 Sedan's tailights taken from Infiniti UK's website (http://www.infiniti.co.uk/g37/photos_and_colours/exterior.html (http://www.infiniti.co.uk/g37/photos_and_colours/exterior.html)), followed by the image of the US-market G37 Sedan's tailights from InfinitiUSA.com

Don't apologize. The confusion is my fault. Perhaps the Infiniti Visualizer is already showing the G37 with the aforementioned refinements. They did mention a new rear fascia.
Or maybe I'm just a psycho. I'd put money on that, too.
