Release of SE-R and SE-R vspec on 08JAN01

Well, it looks like the official word is that Nissan will be launching the 2002 Sentra SE-R and SE-R VSPEC on 08JAN2000.

All that I can say about this is finally gentleman! If anyone has any URLs or new info (ie. specs and what not) post them here.

"launching" on Jan 08 2000? Do you mean 2001? I know it is to be shown at the auto shows in the near future, but "launch" I always thought as meant to be "released" for sale.

FreshAlloy is a little behind on this one. The new SE-R should be at the LA and Detroit Auto Shows. I'm in CA right now on vacation and too bad I'm going to miss the LA Auto Show by a few days.

I am under the impression that the unveiling and release are going to occur in Detroit. I am sorry if I am wrong. SR20DE, where did you get the info on the LA auto show? I just want anyone with ANY new info or unposted info to do so on this page.
