But the new Altima will come w/ that stock AND have the option for a 260hp V6. But yeah.. the new SE-R will rock none the less.

Yes, but the Altima will be 6 grand (maybe more) than the sentra. OUCH! That's a lot of dough. Plus the v6 is gonna have painfully low mpg, and with the gas prices this year, damn...

It can't be 6k more. They have two things to consider... It can't be more expensive than a Maxima, and it has to compete against V6 Accords and Camrys...

Well the '02 sentra se-r and se-r spec v is promised by nissan to be under 20k. The V6 altima model will probably be 25k. Look at the details of the '02 altima v6. I highly doubt they will be able to sell it for less. Besides, why can't the new altima be more expensive than the maxima? It is bigger and more powerful than this years.
