I have one of those systems which is like a beeper with a "mini mee" keyboard.Unfortunately it will not work in the Nashville Area and we have to wait till towers are built.I have had better success equipping my Palm pilot with multi mail and sprint wireless web.Works flawlessly.The big benefit is the CMS or Customer Management System which is like a Hotmail for keeping your client information available anywhere anytime.My Palm is being upgrading to 8mb of ram so soon I can check this forum on my Palm.
