Neil has said that there will be a higher output Q45 will a longer wheelbase but its a problem becase high torque engines are tough on extended wheelbases. For what reason? I have no idea. But eh longer wheelbase versions of the S-class and BMW 7 have 339 ft lbs and 324 ft lbs respectivley. There wheelbases are about 8 inches longer than the new Q so it doesnt make sense to me.
Where is Neil anyway? He said it will have about 400hp or more I think from the same 4.5 liter engine.

Just days after the Q45 debuted, a credible Nissan source told us that a "t" version of the new Q was highly possible. We'll look into it some more to see if plans have changed.
