i was curious as to why no topics on this beautiful, ridiculos fast (and expensive http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif vehicle)!? Of course I have never driven or seen one in person, but have seen them on televised races and played GT2 and driven it there and WOW! This car is amazing! This is no doubt the best looking and fastest Nissan ever! (well tied with looks with the S15 and certain aftermarket Skylines) My dream is for Nissan to brign this beast here! NOTE the word DREAM! http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum/images/icons/wink.gif Am I the only one who thinks this? Let me know! I need input! INPUT!!

You can buy it if you have a million dollars... actually although it's for sale, you'll have a hard time buying one, cuz those are meant to be a road racing (Le Mans) vehicles and the rules regulated that they had to be a limited production vehicle, so they put the price tag of a million... but it's not for sale, although it is... ya get it??? http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif

Actually to buy some cars u need agree to some terms
for example, if u wanna buy an F40, you have to agree to race it every now and then...

There was only 2 road versions made, a short tail and 1 long tail, both are 1 mil, I'm pretty confident in saying that there won't be any more of them built.

I forgot to add that the R390 is quite a conservative design next to Toyota's GT-One and most of the other Le Mans cars.

The R390 would make an excellent road toy, I only wish I had hit the powerball jackpot back when it was up to 50 million http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif Seriously though, when I worked for an Infiniti dealer, I heard a rumor that the R390 was coming to the states. One of my technicians said he heard (while at Infiniti tech school) Nissan was bringing over a V8 powered super car as an Infiniti, and that it would be in showrooms by the year 2000 or 2001. I was really hoping they would do it, but I guess they decided not to.

They need to bring it here! I know they can (the design atleast). It would be such a stand out in these bland automobiles America likes (you know the big sellers - like the unfun and boring Camry, Taurus and Accord). The V8 I hear is going in the next skyline (it is from the R390). Nissan keeps us waiting, hoping and dreaming of the incredible "non-US" cars! http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif

The R390 will never go into production!
It was a race car! they only built a couple for the road to satisfy the race regulations.
It was never designed to be a road car, how many million dollar Infinitis do you think they will sell?
