I got a black 90 240SX Fastback with 192k+ miles on it. :P
I found out that my car looks ok from some distance, but it has lots of big dings and dents on hood and driver-side door. Also, it seems like the paint has been oxidized. http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif
Is there any way that I can improve my exterior paint without spending lots of money? I'd love to repaint the car but don't have enough money.
If there's any good products I can use, please inform me.
thanx

Getting the paint back into shape depends on how oxidized it is and how much effort you want to put into it. A good cleaner wax like NuFinish can help bring the shine back. It msy take a second application a few weeks later.
If you want to go the multi-step route: cleaner, polish, wax...then check the Meguiars site: http://www.meguiars.com/
They offer all the products and advice you'll need - including a toll free phone number.

For the dents and dings, look into a 'paint free dent removal' service. See the yellow pages or ask around. They work the dent out from behind using special tools. I've used the service and was 100% happy with the results.
