I need to repaint some factory side skirts to the color of my car. Do I need to sand them down first then apply primer or just apply the primer right away? Sorry I've never done this before and I don't want to **** it up. What's a good primer to use and what's a good brand paint that will match my factory paint? Good clear coat? Thanks!
